Billing and Pricing Information 

Thank you for considering LakeWest DBT Center for your clinical needs! Our practice is not paneled by insurance companies, thus is a self-pay practice. We encourage interested clients to check with their insurance companies for out-of-network reimbursement. Our providers are highly specialized and insurance companies will often recognize that those specialties are not available with in-network providers. Some insurance plans will reimburse a percentage of the cost which can make treatment more available! The invoices from our clients' appointments have all necessary information and billing codes for an easy submit to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement or to count towards a deductible.
